Happiness, as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary, is a state of feeling joy or showing satisfaction, and happiness is not an absolute quality of a person, nor is it a permanent or long-lasting personality trait, but a transient and changeable state.in her book How happiness, American positive psychology researcher Sonia Lyubomirsky describes happiness as “the experience of joy, satisfaction or positive well-being, with the feeling that one’s life is good, meaningful and worthwhile”.

Focusing on what you are grateful for in your life is a sure way to feel good about yourself and feel positive, it is enough to write a few lines in your journal, you can also think about what you are grateful for, or even express it out loud, once you do this will amaze you with the feeling of happiness that will envelop you, and you will notice how quickly you can turn complaints into gratitude.
